We offer a 30-day return and exchange window starting from the day your order is delivered.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and sent back with full original packaging & intact tags.
Custom and personalized engraved orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping fee rules for returns:
- If we made a mistake (defective, damaged, wrong item sent): We cover all return shipping costs.
- If you return due to personal preference (style/size change): The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
How to Submit a Return Request:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned package.
Supplementary Jewelry Policy:
- Pierced earrings are non-refundable once opened for hygiene purposes.
- Normal scratches, tarnish or discoloration caused by sweat, perfume, lotion or water do not qualify as defective items.
