By browsing the site, creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our Services, you (“Customer”, “You”, “User”) fully agree to be bound by these Terms and our Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.
1. Account Registration & User Eligibility
You may browse our website without registering an account. To place orders, you must complete account registration or submit valid order information. You warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, and password, and for all activities conducted under your account.
Our Services are intended for use by individuals aged 18 or older. Minors are prohibited from using this website to make purchases. We reserve the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts, or refuse service to any user at our sole discretion, especially for fake information registration, malicious account operation, or repeated abnormal orders.
2. Order Placement & Acceptance
When you place an order on our website, it constitutes an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to our final confirmation and inventory verification. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order without prior notice, including but not limited to out-of-stock products, pricing errors, product information errors, suspected fraudulent orders, duplicate malicious orders, and orders that violate relevant laws and regulations.
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, a valid sales contract is formed between you and us. You agree to pay the full amount of the order (including product price, shipping fees, taxes if applicable) in a timely manner.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
All product prices displayed on the website are exclusive of shipping fees and import duties, unless otherwise marked. We reserve the right to adjust product prices, update product descriptions, and modify promotional activities at any time without prior notice. Price adjustments will not affect orders that have been successfully confirmed and paid.
We support multiple official secure payment methods. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all order fees. If your payment fails, is pending, or is disputed by the payment institution, we have the right to suspend order processing or cancel the order directly.
No cash transaction, private transfer, or off-site payment is allowed. We are not responsible for any property loss caused by off-site transactions between users and third parties.
4. Product Information & Disclaimer
We strive to ensure the accuracy of product pictures, descriptions, sizes, colors, and functions on the website. Due to different display devices, shooting light, manual measurement errors, minor differences between the physical product and the website display are normal and do not constitute product quality problems or commercial fraud.
5. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
All return and exchange behaviors must comply with our official after-sales rules and applicable local laws. Customized products, clearance products, and disposable hygiene products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there are serious quality problems.
For returns caused by personal reasons (dislike, inappropriate size, unnecessary purchase), the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping fees and related handling fees. We only process refunds after receiving and verifying the returned intact products. For quality problems, damaged goods, or wrong shipments caused by us, we will provide free reshipment, partial refund, or full refund in accordance with the actual situation.

Our website is powered by Shopify. The website operation, data storage, payment supervision and other basic services are supported by Shopify. We cooperate with third-party payment institutions, logistics providers, and data service providers to complete order processing and service delivery. We are not liable for service failures, data errors, and losses caused by third-party platform rules, system failures, and policy adjustments.
The website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their privacy policies, service rules, and content quality. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strictly guarantee the legality and security of website operation, but we do not guarantee that the website service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. We are not liable for any indirect loss, incidental loss, or consequential loss (including profit loss, data loss, business loss) caused by the use or inability to use the website.
We are not liable for service abnormalities and losses caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, war, policy adjustments, network failures, and epidemic control.
