This shipping policy outlines the terms, processing time, delivery fees, international duties, and liability rules for all orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and local festival off-days). Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
High-volume periods (Black Friday, Christmas, seasonal sales) may cause slight delays in order processing, which is not subject to compensation.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We provide standard international shipping for global customers. Delivery time varies by destination:

Other Regions: 12–25 business days
Delivery time is an estimated reference, not a guaranteed deadline. Delays caused by customs inspection, local logistics suspension, bad weather, peak season congestion are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the order weight, volume, and customer’s shipping address, and will be displayed clearly at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over the specified threshold (displayed on checkout page). Free shipping only applies to standard delivery, not expedited shipping.
4. International Duties, Taxes & Customs
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees incurred by international shipping. We will not bear any destination country tariff charges.
If the package is returned or abandoned due to the customer’s refusal to pay tariffs, we will not issue a full refund. A partial refund (product value minus shipping cost, return freight, and handling fee) can be applied after confirmation.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Undeliverable Areas
We do not support shipping to PO boxes, military addresses, and remote isolated areas that cannot be covered by local logistics.
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information (name, address, phone number, postal code). We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address information.
6. Order Tracking & Logistics Update
After shipment, we will send a tracking number and tracking link to your registered email. Logistics information will be updated within 24–48 hours after departure.
No real-time logistics updates during international transit are normal and do not mean package loss.
7. Lost, Damaged & Missing Items
Package Lost: If the package is confirmed lost by the logistics company, we offer a free reshipment or full product refund (excluding shipping fee).
Damaged / Missing Items: Customers must submit a claim with unboxing video, photos, and order number within 7 days after package delivery. We will verify and arrange reshipment or partial refund.
8. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances
We are not liable for shipping delays, package loss or return caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemic control, customs policy adjustment, international logistics suspension, political restrictions, and courier company service failures.
9. Policy Update
We reserve the right to update this shipping policy without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on the official website and take effect immediately.
