Custom and personalized engraved orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

If we made a mistake (defective, damaged, wrong item sent): We cover all return shipping costs.
If you return due to personal preference (style/size change): The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

How to Submit a Return Request:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned package.

Supplementary Jewelry Policy:

Pierced earrings are non-refundable once opened for hygiene purposes.
Normal scratches, tarnish or discoloration caused by sweat, perfume, lotion or water do not qualify as defective items.
